Talking Canadian Festivals on RMWorldTravel, America’s #1 Travel Radio Show

Canadian Festivals

It was a real pleasure to recently have the opportunity to hop on RMWorldTravel, which is America’s #1 Travel Radio Show. Honestly, I can see why. Their professionalism and shared passion for travel made me want to be a part of this from the onset, and while we only talked for about ten minutes, I get the sense we could have talked for hours.

For those unfamiliar with their brand, RMWorldTravel is “hosted by Robert & Mary Carey and co-host Rudy Maxa” and “the show combines timely travel news, topical talk, high-profile guests, industry decision makers, audience engagement, tips/trends, honest commentary, straight-forward advice, inside scoop, fun and entertainment, and so much more!”

They have a weekly audience reach in excess of a million people thanks in part to the 490+ affiliated weekly stations that their show it played in. For me, I loved that they wanted to reach out to me to tap into my expertise on Canadian travel, and left me a lot of space to take the conversation in the directions I wanted, as opposed to guiding me along. I think the conversation really benefit from that approach, personally!

Overall, I’ve learnt a lot about Canadian travel over the past few years in running both We Explore Canada and Ultimate Ontario, and it’s wonderful to think I may have inspired a few folks to head on over here and do some exploration of their own.

Without further ado, here we are. I come in around 1:43.
