Talking Mental Health, Motivation, and Mindset on the Half-Full Podcast

Recently, I was asked by the team at Half-Full Podcast to hop an episode and riff a little bit on how I conceptualize mental health. The podcast is in association with The Believe Initiative Canada which “empowers and engages the nation's youth to build resilience and recognize the power of Self Belief.”

They’re trying to establish a global mental health platform for students and professionals, and they asked me to stop in to talk about my mental health journey. I was only too happy to oblige.

You’ll likely know by now that I try to be an ally in this space, particularly when it comes to male mental health and talking openly about the realities of ADHD and anxiety. However, I try to ensure I’m leaving listeners with a sense of hope and empowerment, and I’d like to think that’s what I was able to accomplish is this interview - one that I very much enjoyed being a part of.
